Rookie Iоst his birth mother when he was a young puppy.
Fortunately, he never had to be alone because he spent his childhood on a farm where he could get affection and solace from the other animals that lived there.
He was particularly captivated to one of the two cows out of the two, in particular.
One of the cows struck up a strong bond with the little orphan, who started to think of her as his mother.
And the cow was delighted to give Rookie the maternal care he so much needed.
Rookie would cuddle up to his cow mother and take lengthy, cozy naps on her back as the two grew almost inseparable.
With the exception of their physical attributes, they were exactly likе any other mother and son team when they played, cuddled, and affectionately licked each other.
Rookie and the cow had been living and loving each other for two years when they realized they couldn’t picture life without the other.
But sadly, there was trouble in the distance.
The owners of Rookie were forced to sell one of the cows since they could no longer afford to keep both of them.
Rookie saw right away that his mother wasn’t going to return when they took her out of the barn. The small dog started barking loudly, but ineffectively.
The cow was relocated to a neighbouring property. Although Rookie couldn’t travel too far at all.
As soon as the cow was removed, he sprinted outside to seek for her.
He followed the voice of her and found her in a barn not far from his house.
Rookie and his mother were ecstatic to see one another, but their joy was fleeting.
Rookie’s owner found him and brought the distressed and uncooperative dog back to the house.
