In Anchorage, Alaska, Roland Rydstrom has only had a few unexpected visitors drop by; this week, a mother moose and her two calves visited his property. And if that weren’t enough, the moose chose to spend the day at Rydstrom because they enjoyed the grass there so much.
The little friends tasted everything, including the gates and chairs, before deciding that the area was secure enough for them to cuddle up and even take a nap. Even their mother offered them food at one point. When the excursion was complete, Rydstrom took images of the entire family outing from inside his house and posted them online. They quickly became popular, demonstrating how much people wanted to see something so pure and adorable in these trying times.
The moose didn’t even notice Rydstrom when he observed them and opened the blinds to get a closer view.
