There are numerous stories of dolphins lending a helping fin to humans at sea, but a recent Reddit video shows how humans are repaying the favor. The video shows an unidentified man rescuing a dolphin calf by removing it from a fishing net it had become entangled in before releasing it back into the ocean.
Plastic pollution in our world’s oceans is becoming more of a problem. Every year, a staggering 12 million tons of plastic end up in our oceans, trapping, entangling, and ultimately kiIIing marine life. After safely removing the net, the kind man kisses the dolphin on the back before gently dropping it back into the sea. The little dolphin appears to be unhаrmed as it swims away.
