Bus driver Mike Thomas made a rapid decision that allowed him to return a stolen dog to its owner. He observed a man standing in the middle of the road with a dog as he was traveling along his normal route.

It was odd because the man was yanking the Yellow Labrador by the collar without a leash. The wisest course of action, in Mike’s opinion, was to stop the bus and allow the man on.
Mike instructed him to bring the dog inside after the man initially boarded the bus without it. Mike was adamant that he didn’t own the dog after further questioning.

He overheard a conversation in which the man attempted to sell the puppy to a woman riding the bus as he was driving. Later, Mike discovered the dog’s name was Cooper.
Mike informed the suspicious man that Cooper would be staying with him as he attempted to leave the bus with the canine. Without engaging in debate, the man departed Cooper and Mike.

Cooper cheerfully played with his tennis ball and waved hello to a few passengers as Mike drove the bus for a few more stops. The transit police then dialed Cooper’s collar number.
Owner Jane was away on vacation, so her son was caring for Cooper. When Cooper was located and brought home, they were relieved, and Jane is grateful to Mike for going above and beyond to sаvе her puppy.
