2.. The World’s Thinnest Woman’s Battle Against Anorexia Will Leave You Speechless!

Valeria Levitin’s Tragic Battle with Anorexia

Valeria Levitin, 39, developed anorexia as a teenager after years of being weighed by her mother, who feared she would become overweight. Bullied for her size, she restricted her diet, hoping to fit in. Now, at 5ft 8in, she weighs just 4st 3lbs—less than half of the recommended minimum.

Despite her suffering, Valeria receives disturbing letters from young women wanting weight loss tips. Horrified, she speaks out against anorexia, calling it a “lonely, unattractive, and repulsive” disease.

At 16, she moved to Chicago and drastically cut her food intake after a cruel remark about her weight. Later, as an aspiring model, she was told she was still too big, worsening her condition. By 24, she was banned from ballet for being dangerously underweight. Years of extreme dieting left her body intolerant to many foods, making recovery even harder.

Single for a decade, she struggles with relationships and daily life. Now, she hopes to move to Moscow and pursue motherhood via surrogacy, believing it may motivate her to regain health.
